evenko and the Bell Center is now offering a new concierge type service for their patrons, and we were asked to conduct a quick shoot for the one hosted by Live Nation / Mercedes.

Images will be used for promotional purposes, so we'll let our client be the first to post on their selected social media, and online services.

This is without a doubt, the grandest visual lighting, projection system and stage combination, we had seen since our debut covering concerts. (2006)  There was so much to see, that we found ourselves "scanning" the entirety of the enormous stage, doing our best not to miss anything.

And what's to say about Francesco Yates... The guy is a scene beast!

Monster Spectacular...

Saturday April 7th 2018  |  Olympic Stadium

It's in front of an impressive crowd of more than 42,000 fans, that these 4-wheeled monsters took on the obstacle course to run a head-to-head speed challenge, as well as a freestyle session.

And, if that wasn't enough, the producers added more excitement by having demonstration freestyle motocross, 4-wheeled ATVs, and modified tractors to add to your stimuli.

Several hundred VIP fans had the pleasure of meeting their favorite drivers, during a pit party before the show.

The Harlem Globetrotters have become one of the most recognizable franchises in sports. They continue a world-famous tradition of basketball-handling wizardry, an art in itself. Guaranteed family entertainment, that continues to thrill fans of all ages!

Comme vous le savez peu-être, entre les match du CH et des concerts présenté au Centre Bell, la surface de la glace es disponible en location, soit pour un évennement, du patinage libre, ou bien sur, pour y jouer un match amicale.  Contactez evenko pour plus d'informations.

Cette fois ci, c'est des employés de FedEx qui on profité du temps alloué, pour disputé un match de hockey sur la glace de nos glorieux, avec comme coachs invités, nul autres que deux anciens Canadiens, Guy Carbonneau & Patrice Brisebois.  Bien sur, inclut dans cette location, es le service d'un photographe attitré a cette joute.

MLB 2018 - Pre-season games...

Monday / Tuesday March 26th-27th  |  Olympic Stadium (Montreal)

Montreal's Olympic Stadium played host to a couple of pre-season baseball games, opposing the Toronto Blue Jays & the St-Louis Cardinals.

And what better way to end the Tuesday's game, than having Vlad Guerrero Jr. wear his dad's jersey number, and hit one out of the park, in the bottom of the 9th inning, when the game was scoreless.  Truly a magical moment.

Canadiens President's Breakfast...

A group of select employees and Scotia Bank members/clients, had the privilege of having a conference-type breakfast, and interact with the Montreal Canadiens President, Mr. Geoff Molson.  Aside from the obvious "elephant in the room" questions, there was detailed business-oriented topics, such as how the acquisition was made, general business development, the growth of the sister-company evenko, etc...

Fondation evenko - Ecole Le Plateau...

Wierd Al Yankovic / Emo Philips...

March 7th 2018  |  Maisonneuve Theater (Place des Arts)

The American singer-songwriter, known for his humorous talent that make light of popular culture, and often produces parody of specific songs, was at Montreal's Maisonneuve Theater, with Emo Philips as an opening act, as both comedians share the planks of The Ridiculously Self-Indulgent, Ill-Advised Vanity Tour.

Very different on their comedy styles, but both presented great performances.

Notre amie Véronique Lefrancois, récemment remis du cancer, a été demandé pour devenir porte-parole de la Marche Illumine la Nuit, pour amasser des fonds pour la recherche sur la leucémie et les Lymphomes.  Il nous a fait un grand plaisir de lui faire quelques images pour la promotion.  Le montant du shoot a été remis en don.

Consultco Inc., an industrial inspection company, is replacing their high-payload drone for a newer model, and had us do a product shoot of their existing unit, in order to better their chances of obtaining a better price tag.

Concert Amplifié...

Qu-est-ce qu'on obtient lors d'un mélange aussi grandiose que les musiciens de l'Orchestre Symphonique de Quebec, la sublime voix de la soprano Natalie Choquette, le chef d'orchestre Stephane Laforest, et qu'on batis une représentation composé d'oeuvres par Prokofiev, Wagner, Beethoven, Tchaikovski, Ravel, Holst..., et qu'on amplifie le tout?  Un pur délice, autant auditif que visuel, grace en partie a l'éclairagiste Pierre Roy.

La Cie Créole...

C'est devant une salle comble et complètement déchaîné que la Cie Créole continuais leurs tournée, célébrant ainsi leurs 30ans de carriere.  La foule, d'un age surprenament varié, étais tous debout, au point de danser et de faire le "train" dans les allées.  On avais jamais vue le St-Denis si energisé.

Fondation evenko - Ecole St-Luc...

Avec l'ajout de 31 jeunes au programme musique-études cet année, l'école St-Luc avais un urgent besoin en instrument a corde.  La Fondation evenko es venu en aide, en compagnie de Gabriella et Anne-Marie Withenshaw, avec un don d'instrument qui suivrons ces jeunes jusqu'a la fin de leurs études secondaires.

Fondation evenko, Dalbe-Viau

Suite a un concours conjoint entre la fondation evenko et Starbucks, l'artist invité Kevin Ledo, qui a peint la murale de Leonard Cohen sur le Plateau Mont-Royale, donnais une présentation au éleves de l'école secondaire de Dalbe Viau.  

Le concours vise a ce que l’éleve gagnant, vois son oeuvre sur les cartons couvre-tasse de Starbucks.

Don Juan, Conférence de Presse...

C'est lors d'une conférence de presse que Marie-Eve Janvier et Jean-François Breau on annoncé qu'il incarnerais de nouveau, les amoureux de Séville, lors de la version symphonique/concert de Don Juan, qui sera présenté avec les musiciens de l'OSM, sous la direction de Simon Leclerc, a la Maison Symphonique de Montréal.

Feels great to be back....

Due to a road accident on Sept 9th. 2017, we had been off from our daily photographic activities for five (5) months.  The moral initially took a beating, but being well-surrounded helped enormously in keeping the spirits up and the motivation in promptly getting back on our feet.

It's hard to describe how good it feels to be back in the action, and being as busy as ever.

Bring it on, we're back and better than ever!
